Empowering Teachers to Support Diverse Learners through Student Agency
Our teachers recently took part in a professional development session led by Mr Choon Ming Kwan, a Master Teacher, on how to better support students with different learning needs in the classroom. He shared practical strategies for designing inclusive lessons, using thoughtful questioning and flexible teaching approaches to ensure that every child remains engaged and is able to make progress with confidence.
This session reflects our commitment to continuously strengthening teaching practices through both external expertise and in-house professional learning. By learning from experts and from one another, our teachers continue to create supportive, learner-centred classrooms that nurture confident and independent learners.
